It started in the 1990s with a radio transmitter, sending packets of text across the radio spectrum between the UK and other continents. There’s a particular satisfaction in moving information cleanly from one point to another and that early fascination with making signals carry over distance never really left.
That same instinct carried into computing. In 2012, frustrated by how badly technology was often deployed and managed, Daniel founded Millsit.
With a deep background in IT systems, networking and infrastructure, his aim was to close the gap that so many organisations fall into. The space between everyday first line support and the senior expertise needed when problems get genuinely difficult.
Millsit exists to fill that gap. Providing the high level escalation and consultancy that internal IT teams and service providers can call on when the usual playbook runs out.
